The Montreal Canadiens still haven't announced the new Captain of the team, but hopefully they will inform us very soon. According an article from Montreal Gazette, there is petition going on in the internet in order to bring back Saku Koivu and Alex Kovalev. Many also, wants to Kovy to wear the "C" jearsey.
